40 Years from the Brink of Extinction
I am very pleased to announce the publication of my first book:
My interest in photographing wildlife began in college when one of my professors suggested that I document the decline of the American bald eagle that seemed at that time destined for extinction. In those early days, finding eagles to photograph proved quite challenging, but I was determined to create a body of work to honor the memory of what had once inspired a nation. As my passion for the American bald eagle continued to grow, I realized their numbers were doing the same! Thanks to environmentalists, biologists, concerned Americans and others, I am delighted to present my body of work as a tribute to the survival of our national symbol of freedom and the people who helped save the American bald eagle for future generations.
